Description
1 After keyswitch on - accelerator signal is not in zero position, incorrect +15V supply voltage
2 Pedal position sensor in zero position
3 Accelerator microswitch signal is turned off - open circuit
4 Seat switch - open circuit
5 Switch controlled speed reduction is active
6 Power unit temperature is over 60 deg. C
7 Traction motor temperature over 160 deg. C
8 Handbrake is applied
9 Brake pedal is operated
10 Battery voltage and truck code signal do not match
16 Power unit temperature signal out of range or temperature sensor is broken
30 Seat switch signal was cut out during travel - no seat but accelerator operated
31 Accelerator signal and accelerator microswitch signal do not match
32 Accelerator signal out of range
33 Accelerator supply +15V voltage is too high - over 17V
34 Accelerator supply +15V voltage is too low - under 11V
35 Signal from directional switch is not in order
39 Curve switch signals are faulty - both switches are turned off
41 Battery voltage too high - incorrect battery type
42 Battery voltage is too low
43 Safety relay in traction module is sticking
44 Safety relay in traction module can not be operated
45 Power unit broken or driver in traction controller is faulty
46 Power unit shorted or driver in traction controller is faulty
48 Temperature in power unit is over 80 deg. C
50 Safety contactor 1K6 - driver problem or contactor faulty
51 Direction contactor end stage shorted to B+, faulty coil wiring
52 Problem with driver contactor 1K11, short circuit in power stage
